An illustration of a cat on a diaper is offensive… Say whaaatt ?
These are those moments when you just want to put on your poker face, while screaming a hundred times on the inside… “WHAT THE F**K?”
Once you calm down, you start to question the sanity of humanity as a society, the definition of ‘religious sentiments and the definition of religion itself and go back to the whole episode of PK.
To our horrible fates, religion forms the basis of our democracy. But who am I kidding! There is no sanity left whatsoever.
Question is – Why does such insanity ever find its way to the news… (guess we’ll never know answers to a few questions).
Anyway… the issue starts here…
P&G’s Pampers packaging looked like this.
Suddenly there was a storm of unnecessary people boycotting the diaper. *sighing like there is no tomorrow *
The print on diaper ‘supposedly’ looks like the spelling of Muhammed (PBUH) in Arabic script… *phewing like there is no tomorrow*
According to the Deccan Chronicle, activists from the Islamic group Darsgah Jihad-o-Shahadat lodged a formal complaint at Dabeerpura Police Station in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
Stating in their letter to police, the group said Pampers – which is owned by US multinational Procter & Gamble – had “hurt the feelings” of the Muslim community.
So, am I angry? No. Do my religious sentiments get hurt? Hell no..
Why? Because I would never let anyone/ anything hurt my ‘religious sentiments’ including a diaper, A F***king diaper… An emoji is created from the cat itself… so does this mean we are actually questioning the god himself?? LOL…
The kids who are going to wear these diapers do not give a s**t about it. Oh! Wait they give. Literally.
When news of such amazing content pops up all we can do is have a hearty laugh, and go back to doing what we were supposed to do in the first place, Not Give Two f**ks about it. People are looking for opportunities, appreciated… Some are trying to create opportunities… amazing, but the others are trying to bank on stuff that is fugly…
